Q2: What is the payment term?
Dongrong: 30% deposit and balance before shipping by T/T, or L/C at sight, or cash in USD or RMB.
Q3:Can I have a sample order for the product?
Dongrong:Yes, we welcome sample order to test and check quality,one or two sample is available for our stock models, and the air-freight charge will be paid by customer, for customized model need to check with our salesman.
Q4:How can I get a tracking number of my order that has been shipped?
Dongrong: Whenever your order is shipped, a shipping advise will be sent to you the same day with all the information concerning this shipment as well as the tracking number.
Q5:What about the lead time?
Dongrong:Sample needs 1~3 days, mass production time needs about 4~7 days.
Q6:Do you have any MOQ limit for the product?
Dongrong: For most of our products, MOQ is 1000pcs, and we can provide samples as long as you are willing to afford the delivery charge./ Low MOQ, 1pc for sample checking is available.
Q7:How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to arrive?
Dongrong: We usually ship by DHL, UPS, FedEx or TNT. It usually takes 3-5 days to arrive. Airline and sea shipping also optional.

Q11:Do you offer guarantee for the product?
Dongrong: Yes, we offer 6 months warranty to our products.
Q12:How to deal with the faulty?
Dongrong: Firstly, our products are produced in strict quality control system and the defective rate will be less than 0.2%.
Secondly, during the guarantee period, we will send new item with new order for small quantity. For defective batch products, we will repair them and resend them to you or we can discuss the solution including re-call according to real situation.
